Production Support Lead

Job Purpose :

• We are looking for a support lead who will play a critical lead role in Support Team.
• The person will be responsible for handling production support across clients, Prioritize the issues and provide timely solutions.
• Perform production support activities which involve assignment of issues and issue analysis and resolution within the specified SLAs.
• The Person will be responsible to guide the technical team for the issue analysis.
• The person will co-ordinate with development team to get the software fixes

Educational Qualifications:

• BE / BTech / MCA or any equivalent degree

Experience:

• 8-14 years of experience

Key Capabilities:

• Knowledge on SQL.
• Implementation or Production Support experience managing multiple clients.
• Experience in working in a Loan Management System (LMS) is mandatory.
• Leadership Capabilities
• Proficiency with any database (Mysql, Sql Server, Oracle)

This position is based in Bangalore. Remuneration will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
