Ashwin has an overall experience of 11 years in Human Resources and oversees all human resource functions at Dvara Solutions. He has been with us since September 2016 and is now driving the people centric culture at the company. He is responsible for fostering employee engagement, and implementing HR strategies that align with our company’s goals.
He has done his Master’s in business administration from Bharathidasan University and has a Bachelor’s degree in engineering from Anna University. In his previous stint, he was leading the HR operations in Tutis Innovative E-Solutions, Chennai.
