About the Role:
We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to join our growth team at Dvara Solutions. You will play a key role in expanding our client base, driving product adoption, and strengthening our presence in the financial technology space. This is a dynamic, client-facing role that offers the opportunity to work with some of the most progressive financial institutions in India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads through networking, research, and industry events
- Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to client needs
- Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to proposal, negotiation, and closure
- Prepare detailed commercial proposals and respond to RFPs and bid documents
- Collaborate with product teams to shape demos and gather market feedback
- Maintain the sales pipeline and provide regular updates to leadership
- Represent Dvara at conferences and events to increase brand visibility
Key Capabilities:
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales
- Prior experience in selling lending software or core banking systems is mandatory
- Strong communication, client management, and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle multiple client interactions simultaneously
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and industry events
